§ 20-2.195. Fees for pickup and disposal of dead dogs, cats and small household pets and wildlife.

A fee, as may be established by separate resolution of the town council, shall be
charged to an owner/guardian of a dead dog, cat or small household pet for the pickup
and disposal of the animal by the animal services agency. Fees as may be established
by separate resolution of the town council, may be charged for pickup and disposal
of dead wildlife under fifty pounds, and a higher fee may be charged for dead wildlife
fifty pounds and over by the animal services agency.
