The Energy Code of the Town shall be the California Energy Code, 2016 edition, and
the appendices thereof, as published by the California Building Standards Commission,
on file with the office of the town clerk, which Code and appendices are hereby referred
to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
